The Pirate Hat is an article of clothing in Ghost of a Tale. It can be found in Dwindling Heights Keep. It is part of the Pirate costume needed for A Pirate's Infamy, and can be found on Otto's skeleton in the first section of the keep.
After Otto is revealed to be alive and under the guise of Rolo the blacksmith, he requests his hat back from Tilo before the minstrel sets off for Periclave.
