Otto Powderkeg was a Rat in Ghost of a Tale. He was a pirate, and the captain of the Lake Witch for twelve years, alongside Kerold Redwhiskers. His skeleton can be found chained up in a cellar after the Jail Master Key is obtained. His skeleton has the Pirate Hat and the Pirate Eyepatch, which are necessary for A Pirate's Renown.
Story
Otto Powderkeg was a notorious pirate who would supposedly light his own tail on fire before going into battle, earning him his name. He would also print his own wanted posters to bolster his renown. He was captured when the Lake Witch wrecked against submerged rocks on the eastern shore of Lake Vaelia, and was imprisoned in Dwindling Heights Keep for piracy years before the game's story takes place.
